When will I get paid?
After the inspection, we confirm the offer. You can receive the value as part of a trade-in or by bank transfer, choosing express payment within up to 3 business days or standard payment within up to 10 business days.
Is courier pickup free?
Sending your phone to Restore is completely free. Once you accept the online offer and submit your sale request through the questionnaire, you'll receive an email with detailed shipping instructions.

How should I prepare my phone for shipping?
